Breytenbachs' prices have been fixed with you, our client, in mind. Our fees are competitive and reasonable so that you can receive affordable and expert legal advice from our highly qualified solicitors and lawyers.
Our fees for Conveyancing, Immigration and other legal services are much lower than you will find from other West End firms. Our central London location brings you the convenience without the cost!
We will do everything possible to ensure the success of your application or case. We never file an immigration application unless we have given you a very clear assessment of the chances of success. If we do not believe your application will be approved, we will inform you beforehand, so that you can decide whether you wish to proceed or not.
You can also be confident that you are getting friendly, professional advice from qualified lawyers and solicitors who have to adhere to the strict rules set to us by the Law Society. We will provide you with the very latest information and best advice for your unique circumstances.
Unlike many other solicitors and visa agencies, who are only prepared to give general estimates, we provide you with a fixed quote for all work we will undertake on your behalf, so that you can have peace of mind and plan accordingly.
In circumstances where we are not able to provide a fixed quote, we will inform you in advance.
Applicants who are resident outside the European Union are not liable to pay VAT.
If you are however applying from within the UK or the European Union, VAT of 17,5% will be charged on all transactions.
We believe that free advice given over the telephone on the basis of a brief conversation is often dangerous as it is necessary to obtain the full facts of a case before advising. Sometimes seemingly irrelevant information can make or break a case.
It should also be mentioned that we have unfortunately found that some people in the past tended to abuse our free advice policy. This deflected the attention of our qualified staff away from our existing clients. Our aim is to satisfy the needs of our clients without distraction.
It is therefore obvious that we cannot give free advice to people who are not clients of the firm or who do not wish to become clients. Our solicitors and lawyers are dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients to ensure a professional, fast and effective service. If you have a very brief query we will endeavour to assist you free of charge although we do reserve the right to refuse free advice.
For more detailed advice and in-depth assistance we recommend that you rather make use of one of our assessment options at a nominal rate, which will be deducted from your application fee, should you apply within three months of our consultation.
We also suggest that you first have a look at our website before you contact us for free advice. Most answers are on the website and we update the website on a regular basis, as new rules and regulations are announced.
Don't take chances with your future! Come to Breytenbachs for best advice and peace of mind!
We are so confident of our success rate for HSMP, work permit and visa applications, that we guarantee our work!
This means that if we file any HSMP, work permit or visa application that turns out to be unsuccessful, we will not charge you a penny and your only expense will be the compulsory British Government fees. This excludes cases where false or incorrect information has been provided or where we have made a different agreement with you.
In cases where we are not able to guarantee our work we will inform you before filing the case at the UK Home Office or with the British High Commission or Embassy in your home country.
Every person’s circumstances are different and it is therefore crucial that we do a proper assessment of your case in order to provide you with the best and correct advice.
We have three different ways of assessing your case:
A consultation at our offices in London (at a fee of £75 plus VAT)
A full telephone consultation (£75 plus VAT)
An online assessment of your circumstances (£20 plus VAT)
All consultation and appraisal fees (online/telephone/personal) are deductible from your application fee, should you apply within three months of the consultation.
Our telephone consultation can be arranged at a time of your convenience. We will phone you at the arranged time, wherever you are, and carry the cost of the telephone call. However, we prefer to meet our clients in person wherever possible.
Please note that we might ask a higher consultation fee for some consultations with our senior partner or consultant. We will however advise you beforehand of the cost of your consultation. Please note that consultations with our senior partner or consultant are normally for complicated matters and the fee for these consultations are not deductible from future application fees.
Our fees for HSMP, Work Permits and Visas are extremely competitive in comparison with other Work Permit and Visa consultants even though we are qualified lawyers and most of our competitors are not!
